Cyclones Shuffle Roster Again

CINCINNATI, Ohio – The Cincinnati Cyclones, proud affiliate of the NHL’s Florida Panthers and Nashville Predators, announced today that seven players have been called up to the American Hockey League. To fill the empty roster spots, the Cyclones have added defenseman Jeremy Klaver as well as forwards Billy Hunt and Ryan Stern.

The San Antonio Rampage have recalled forwards A.J. Jenks, Joe Devin, and Garrett Wilson. Jenks has played in 17 games with the Rampage this season without notching any points. Devin has posted two points (1 goal, 1 assist) in 14 games while Wilson has earned one goal in eight games at the AHL level.

The Milwaukee Admirals have recalled defenseman Jeff Foss and forward Robert Slaney. Foss, a Nashville Predators sixth-round pick in 2008, has logged seven games with the Admirals this year but is still in search of his first AHL point. Slaney, a third-year center man, has appeared in six games in Milwaukee.

In addition, defenseman Maury Edwards has been loaned to the Peoria Rivermen and forward Daniel Koger has been loaned to the Providence Bruins. Both players are making their second trip to the Triple-A level.

Klaver has logged six games with the Cyclones this year, posting a goal and an assist. Hunt and Stern will both be making their ECHL debuts tonight. Hunt has posted eight points in seven games with the Danville Dashers of the Federal Hockey League. Hunt, a fellow Danville Dasher, has appeared in two games this season but hasn’t registered a point.
