CINCINNATI, Ohio – The 2010 Kelly Cup Champion Cincinnati Cyclones, proud affiliate of the NHL’s Florida Panthers and Nashville Predators, announced today that forward Ryan Del Monte has signed a player try-out agreement with the Worcester Sharks of the American Hockey League.

The 27-year-old Mississauga, Ontario native will be making his second trip to the AHL this season.  From October 17 through December 14, Del Monte was a member of the Rochester Americans, where he amassed six points (3 goals, 3 assists) in 21 games.  In limited action with the Cyclones this year, Del Monte has scored one goal and added a pair of assists in five games.  He’ll make his Worcester debut tonight as the Sharks visit the Springfield Falcons at 7:00pm.

The Cyclones will be back on the ice this Saturday night, as they ring in 2011 against the Toledo Walleye with a 7:00pm opening face-off from the Huntington Center.  Hear all the action on CyclonesHockey.com starting at 6:45pm.

The defending Kelly Cup Champions will return to U.S. Bank Arena on Wednesday, January 12 when they welcome in the Kalamazoo Wings for a 7:30pm face-off.  It will be another Wet Wednesday, where fans can purchase $1 PBR and Miller High Life all night long.  Discounted ticket packages and single game tickets for the 2010-2011 season are available now.  For more information, call 513.421.PUCK (7825) or visit CyclonesHockey.com.
