Cyclones Ink Forward Kevin Sullivan

CINCINNATI, Ohio – The Cincinnati Cyclones, proud affiliate of the NHL’s Florida Panthers and Nashville Predators, announced today that they have agreed to terms with forward Kevin Sullivan for the 2014-15 season.

Sullivan, a 23-year-old, embarks on his professional career after contributing to a National Championship with Union College. In his senior season, the Darien, Connecticut native notched a career-high 39 points (9g, 29a) in 39 games - finishing fourth on the club in scoring. Over his four seasons of collegiate hockey, Sullivan amassed 77 tallies (23g, 54a) in 132 contests.

“Kevin comes in with a solid college career under his belt,” said Cyclones Head Coach Matt Macdonald. “Coming off of a championship season, he knows the type of commitment it takes to succeed and we’re excited to help him make the jump to the pro game.”

The Cyclones will return for another season of hockey at U.S. Bank Arena on Saturday, October 25 when they play host to the Kalamazoo Wings at 7:30pm.
