CINCINNATI, Ohio – The Cincinnati Cyclones, proud ECHL affiliate of the Florida Panthers and Nashville Predators, announced today that forward Angelo Esposito has been recalled by the San Antonio Rampage of the American Hockey League. In a separate transaction, the Cyclones placed forward Brent Clarke on waivers.
Esposito, a 22-year-old Montreal, Quebec native was reassigned to Cincinnati last week and played in three games with the Cyclones posting one assist. Overall, he has skated in 79 career AHL games tallying four goals and 17 assists with Chicago (2007-11) and San Antonio (2011-12).
Clarke appeared in one game for Cincinnati this season, logging two penalty minutes.
The Cyclones will travel to battle Kalamazoo at Wings Stadium tomorrow night in the fifth game of their 14-game season series. Hear all the action of the tilt on the Cyclones Radio Network (1050-AM, America One) beginning at 7:15 with the opening face-off to follow at 7:30pm.
