CINCINNATI, Ohio – The Cincinnati Cyclones, proud affiliate of the NHL’s Florida Panthers and Nashville Predators, announced today that forward Anthony Luciani has been recalled by the San Antonio Rampage of the American Hockey League.
Luciani, a 21-year-old Maple, Ontario native, will be heading to the AHL for the second time this season. With the Cyclones in 2011-12, he has collected 32 points (14 goals, 18 assists) in 34 games. He is tied for the team lead in multi-goal games (3) and ranks second on the Cyclones with nine multi-point contests. In his only other call-up this year, Luciani logged one game with the Rampage but did not register a point.
The Cyclones will be back on the ice at U.S. Bank Arena tomorrow night when they play host to the Florida Everblades at 7:30pm.
