About Sunday Afternoon in Greenville: On the strength of a Brandon Wong hat trick and 46 saves from Jason Missiaen, the Road Warriors defeated the Cyclones by a 5-1 final score at the BI-LO Center. Chet Pickard turned aside a season-high 40 saves in a losing effort.

About Saturday Night in South Carolina: The Stingrays scored the first three goals of the game and never looked back as they defeated the Cyclones by a 4-2 final score in front of 4,906 at North Charleston Coliseum. Maury Edwards and Matt Carter each potted goals for the Cyclones in the loss.

About Friday Night in Gwinnett: Cyclones captain Mathieu Aubin registered his second professional hat trick to help the Cyclones defeat the Gladiators by a 6-3 final score in front of 6,054 at Gwinnett Center. Rookie Matt Carter also lit the lamp for his first professional goal, snapping the Cyclones four-game losing skid.

About Wednesday Night in Gwinnett: Andy Brandt scored twice, including a late empty-netter, to help lift the Gladiators over the Cyclones by a 3-1 final score in front of 2,874 at Gwinnett Center. Jonathan Hazen potted the lone goal for Cincinnati.



SHOTS FROM THE POINT:

Home Sweet Home: After wrapping up their season-long road trip down South, the Cyclones finally return home this week to open up a critical late-season stretch. They’ll play four of their final seven games at U.S. Bank Arena including Wednesday night against Chicago and Saturday night versus Wheeling. The Clones will also have a pair of road games this week, vising Wheeling on Friday night and Kalamazoo on Sunday afternoon. There is currently a three-way tie for the eighth and final playoff spot between Cincy, Reading, and Chicago.

Eastern Conference Playoff Race: The top eight teams at season’s end earn a Kelly Cup Playoff bid.

More Milestones for Aubin: Cyclones captain Mathieu Aubin is continuing to hang his name on several franchise leaderboards. He ranks second on the all-time scoring list with 214 points and will become the third longest-tenured player on Friday night with 219 games played - passing Sheldon Gorski. He is nine goals shy of Barret Ehgoetz for second on the all-time franchise list in that category.

The Coors Light Jarrod Skalde Show Returns TONIGHT: Join us TONIGHT for another edition of the Coors Light Jarrod Skalde Show at Gameworks in Newport on the Levee from 7pm-8pm! The Head Coach joins Voice of the Cyclones Nick Brunker to chat about the upcoming week in Puckopolis and answer questions from fans! Plus, Assistant Coach Andrew Cassels will be on hand as well!

Friday, March 30 Kids Jersey T-Shirt Night / Cincinnati's Largest Fish Fry - 7:30pm The first 1,500 kids ages 2-12 will receive a Cyclones Jersey T-Shirt courtesy of Plastic Surgery Group. Plus, the Cyclones will host Cincinnati's Largest Fish Fry on the concourse outside of U.S. Bank Arena prior to the game!

Saturday, March 31 Fan Appreciation Night - 7:30pm The final home game of the regular season will feature $1 John Morrell Hot Dogs, Donatos Pizza, and Soda in addition to many other prize giveaways to select lucky fans!
