THIS PAST WEEK:

About Wednesday Night vs. Reading: A two-point night from Sean Wiles and a 22-save performance from Connor Knapp led the Royals past the Cyclones by a 5-0 final score in front of 2,579 at U.S. Bank Arena. It was Reading’s club-record 12th consecutive victory.

About Friday Night vs. Indy: Mike Duco scored the game-winning goal on the power play at 2:44 of overtime to lift the Fuel over the Cyclones by a 3-2 final score in front of 6,235 at U.S. Bank Arena. Chris Reed and David Pacan each had a pair of points in the defeat.

About Saturday Night in Indy: Some early offense and great team defense helped the Cyclones take down the Indy Fuel by a 4-1 final score in front of 5,523 at the Indiana Farmers Coliseum. Stephan Vigier, Chris Reed, and Josh McFadden all registered two point games for Cincinnati in the win.

About Sunday Afternoon vs. Toledo: Frederick Gaudreau potted the game-winning goal as part of a three-point night to lift the Cyclones over the Walleye by a 3-2 final score in front of 3,153 at U.S. Bank Arena. Cincinnati held the Toledo to just 22 shots on goal, the fewest the Walleye have had in their last six games.

SHOTS FROM THE POINT:

The Big Week Ahead: After one of their busiest weeks of the season, things slow down just a bit as we get into the second half of February. This Wednesday nigh, the Cyclones welcome in the Evansville IceMen at 7:30pm. The tilt will feature $1 beers, plus, our first-ever "Hipster Night." On Friday, the Cyclones will travel up I-75 to reunite with the Toledo Walleye at the Huntington Center before returning home on Saturday for our 2nd annual Fireworks Extravaganza presented by Cincinnati Bell! Immediately following the game vs. the Reading Royals, fans will be treated to an awe-inspiring INDOOR pyrotechnics display!

Shooting Shutdown: Cincinnati continues to stifle teams in the shots on goal department this year. They are allowing an average of 26.5 shots per game, the second-fewest in the entire ECHL. The Clones haven’t allowed their opponent to reach the 30-shot plateau in eight consecutive games.

Cyclones Select-A-Seat Event - Next Monday!: The Cyclones Select-A-Seat Event will a great chance to pick your seats for the 2015-16 season.
