CYCLONES WIN ECHL AWARD FOR MOST CREATIVE TICKET PACKAGE OF THE YEAR
Cyclones Chick-fil-A Family Four Pack Recognized
Cincinnati, OH- The ECHL announced the winners of the 2019-2020 Team Awards on Wednesday. The Cyclones took home the award for Most Creative Ticket Package for their Chick-fil-A Family Four Pack. This package offered Cyclones fans four tickets to the game, four Chick-fil-A Sandwich Coupon, and four specialty items for a $77. The package was customized throughout the season to match the team's themes and promotions.
This year's packages included a Bobblehead of the Cyclones mascot Puckchop as Batman for DC Comics Night, Light Sabers for Star Wars Weekend, Light-up Toys for New Years Eve, a poster from a Marvel artist for Marvel Weekend, Socks for Spongebob Squarepants Night, Masks for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Night, a Chase Bobblehead for the Paw Patrol Matinee, Scarves for Wizards Weekend, and Rally Towels for the Cincinnati Beasts Night. The large variety of customization available helped the Cyclones achieve the highest four pack success in a single season with over 8,000 tickets sold of $123,250 in revenue. These numbers equate to a 31% increase over the previous season.
"This award is credit to the creativity of our entire organization," said Cyclones Ticket Sales Director Dan Gruenberg. "The Chick-fil-A Family Four Pack is a great introductory package for fans who cannot commit to multiple games. The ability to customize packages to fit the individual themes and promotions allows our sales staff the ability to provide value to our customers on a nightly basis."
