The Cincinnati Cyclones have come to terms with goaltender Drew DeRidder on an Amateur Tryout (ATO) agreement. DeRidder is the second player in less than a week to sign an ATO with Cincinnati and is expected to be with the team for this weekend's games, starting Friday night in Toledo.
DeRidder, 22, is coming off his senior season at University of North Dakota, where he played in 30 games for the Fighting Hawks.
In another transaction, Cyclones defenseman Matt Cairns has been called-up to the AHL's Milwaukee Admirals.
