CYCLONES ACQUIRE NICK ISAACSON FROM ICEMEN

CINCINNATI, OH – The Cyclones received forward Nick Isaacson from the Icemen today in exchange for future considerations. With Jacksonville this season, the forward has played in five games and posted two points (1g, 1a).

Last season, the 24-year-old suited up for two games with the Icemen and three contests with the Maine Mariners. Isaacson was traded last season as well for future considerations.  

In his first professional season during 2021-’22, the left-shooting forward logged 11 points (5g, 6a) throughout 26 games with the South Carolina Stingrays. Nick was also called up to the AHL for three contests with the Hershey Bears.

Prior to turning pro, the Oakville Ontario native posted 82 points (32g, 50a) throughout five seasons in the OHL between Peterborough and Mississauga. Isaacson played six games at the collegiate level with the University of Guelph following his time in the OHL.
